FAQ


  • Where do you ship?

    We only ship to the U.S. and Canada

  • Are there any design requirements or recommendations for uploading my images or texts on your “design page”?

    We want your experience as a shoe designer to be fun and successful. Spend as much time as necessary on our design page and please do visit frequently. Here are a few tips to insure a successful design:

    • Only upload graphics with clarity of at least 300 x 300
    • Avoid very small images. They can become blurred when enlarged
    • Computer monitors have slightly different colors and contrasts than printers. Colors on your custom shoes may be slightly different than that displayed on your monitor.
  • What if I love my image but it doesn’t seem to present well on your Design Page?

    Before printing your shoes, our Graphic Designers will preview your design. If they think the quality or clarity can be improved, they will make recommended changes and communicate with you by email or telephone to ensure your satisfaction. If for some reason they do not think your image will be viable, they will advise accordingly before printing and offer to refund your money or suggest an alternative image. 

  • What size shoe should I order?

    Feet Expressions shoes typically run a little large so you should order ½ size smaller than what you usually purchase. For example, if you’re always a size 9, you should order a size 8.5. If you’re sometimes a size 9 and sometimes a size 8.5, you should order a size 8.

  • How do you handle returns?

    Feet Expressions goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, delivered on time, and are of the highest quality possible. Please note that because your shoes are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the shoes themselves are materially flawed or if the design of what you receive is materially different than the design you submitted. Any return request must be made within 3 days of your receipt of the product. If we grant you a Return Authorization, your refund will be provided within 5 business days of our receipt of your return.

  • Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

    All of the shipping methods we offer are traceable. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details by email with a link to the website where you can see the delivery details. 

  • If I need to, can I speak to a real person?
